Frequently Asked Questions

I have registered my bicycle. What happens when it’s stolen?
If your bicycle is stolen, you must file a police report. Police will contact you if your bike is recovered.

What else can I do to protect my bicycle?
Keep your own record with serial numbers, photos, and sales receipts. When you leave your bicycle unattended, secure the frame and wheels to an immovable object with a high-quality lock.

What if my bicycle doesn’t have a serial number?
If your bicycle has no serial number, engrave a unique identifying number on the frame. You can also mark your wheels and components with the same number.
