Abdul Al Bousaleh
CASE #: 13-78249, 15-11031
DESCRIPTION: Male, olive complexion, 5’10” tall, approximately 161 lbs
CHARGES:
- Aggravated assault
- Possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace
- Failure to attend court
BACKGROUND: In October 2013, Al Bousaleh was involved in an altercation in the 300 block of Pelissier St. He is alleged to have stabbed a victim multiple times before fleeing the scene. Al Bousaleh was charged in October 2013 and later failed to attend court in relation to this matter. He has since evaded capture.
Yusuf Ali
CASE #: 18-12911
DESCRIPTION: Black male, 6’4” tall, approximately 126 lbs
CHARGES:
- First degree murder
BACKGROUND: In April 2018, Yusuf Ali was identified as a suspect in the murder of 73-year-old Leonard Damm. The incident occurred February 18, 2018, in the 3200 block of Bloomfield Rd. Ali has evaded capture since this date, and it is believed he may have fled the country.
Hussein Dirie
CASE #: 16-39542, 16-77917
DESCRIPTION: Male, dark complexion, 5’7” tall, approximately 143 lbs
CHARGES:
- Sexual assault (x 2)
- Sexual interference (x 2)
- Invitation to sexual touching (x 2)
- Surety removal
- Failure to attend court
BACKGROUND: In June 2016, Hussein Dirie was charged with multiple offences regarding sexual contact with persons under age 16. He later failed to attend court in relation to this matter, and has since evaded capture.
Mohamud Abukar Hagi
CASE #: 07-84412
DESCRIPTION: Black male, 5’9” tall, approximately 141 lbs
CHARGES:
- First degree murder
BACKGROUND: In December 2007, Mohamud Abukar Hagi was identified as a suspect in the murder of 20-year-old Luis Acosta-Escobar. The incident occurred December 22, 2007 in the 500 block of Pelissier St. Hagi has evaded capture since this date.
Michael Levesque
CASE #: 15-78454, 16-82267
DESCRIPTION: White male, 6’2” tall, approximately 212 lbs
CHARGES:
- Fraud over $5,000 (x 13)
- Forgery (x 11)
- Uttering a forged document (x 11)
- Unlawfully making a mark (x 4)
- Fraud under $5,000
- Forging a trademark
- Failure to attend court
BACKGROUND: In November 2015, Michael Levesque was charged with multiple fraud-related offences totalling over $1 million in losses. Following his arrest, he failed to attend court in relation to this matter and has since evaded capture.
Nouraldin Rabee
CASE #: 18-11804
DESCRIPTION: Male, olive complexion, 6’2” tall, approximately 150 lbs
CHARGES:
- First degree murder
- Kidnapping
- Forcible confinement
BACKGROUND: In February 2018, Nouraldin Rabee was identified as a suspect in the murder of 16-year-old Chance Gauthier. The incident occurred February 14, 2018, in the 900 block of Church St. Rabee has evaded capture following the incident, and it is believed he has fled the country.
