Five charged for breaching release conditions 

The Windsor Police Service has a charged five people after bail compliance investigators determined they had breached conditions of their court-ordered release.

Between February and August 2026, the five individuals were released on bail in connection with separate criminal cases:

Patrick Albiston, 30, was released in February on charges including firearm offences and drug trafficking.

Trevor Boyle, 62, was released in July on charges including assault with a weapon and failure to comply with release orders.

Theodore Crosby, 23, was released in August on charges including sexual assault, assault causing bodily harm, and failure to comply with release orders.

Nicte-Ha Escudero-Diaz, 41, was released in June on charges including impaired driving and assault.

Tabitha Van Erp, 39, was released in March on charges including drug trafficking and failure to comply with release orders.

Each individual was initially arrested outside of Windsor but was subsequently released on conditions requiring them to reside in Windsor. 

Following an investigation, Windsor Police bail compliance officers determined that all five individuals had breached conditions of their court-ordered release.

On September 29, 2026, Bail Compliance Unit officers arrested the individuals. They are charged as follows:

Theodore Crosby was charged with failure to comply with a release order and breach of an order stemming from a sexual offence conviction.

Patrick Albiston was charged with three counts of failure to comply with a release order.

Nicte-Ha Escudero-Diaz was charged with two counts of failure to comply with a release order.

Trevor Boyle and Tabitha Van Erp were each charged with failure to comply with a release order.

The bail compliance officers are part of the Windsor Police Service Offender Management Unit, which supervises high-risk individuals subject to conditions including house arrest, curfews, and electronic monitoring.
