Man charged in sexual exploitation of teens

The Windsor Police Service has charged a 36-year-old man following an investigation into the sexual exploitation of two teenage girls.

On March 13, 2026, members of the Windsor Police Human Trafficking Unit launched an investigation after receiving a report that a 16-year-old girl had been coerced into providing sexual services to an adult male.

An investigation determined that on February 28, 2026, the suspect picked up two 16-year-old girls in his vehicle, provided them with alcohol, and drove them to a hotel in South Windsor. While there, he allegedly took nude photographs of the victims before engaging in sexual acts with both girls. The suspect then provided each victim with money.

Approximately one week later, the suspect picked up the victims again, brought them to a hotel room, engaged in sexual acts with one of them, and gave both girls money.

On July 28, officers located and arrested the suspect in the 1000 block of Parkview Avenue.

Steven Allan Marles, 36, has been charged with obtaining sexual services for consideration from a person under 18 years of age (x 3) and possession of child sexual abuse material.
