Police seek suspect connected to violent vehicle theft
The Windsor Police Service is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect connected to a violent stolen vehicle theft.
On March 27, 2026, a Honda CR-V was stolen in Lakeshore. During the incident, the vehicle’s owner was dragged by the vehicle and sustained injuries. Investigators with the Windsor Police Auto Theft Unit recovered the stolen vehicle on April 23 in a parking lot in the 3400 block of Bloomfield Road.
As the investigation progressed, officers identified a female suspect who was captured on video as a passenger in the stolen vehicle.
