Four suspects in custody after home invasion

The Windsor Police Service has arrested four suspects in connection with a violent home invasion.

On March 21, 2026, at approximately 8 a.m., police responded to a report of a robbery in progress inside an apartment complex in the 300 block of Glengarry Avenue. Officers quickly arrived at the scene and established a perimeter around the building.

Investigators determined that four masked individuals forcibly entered a unit, where they assaulted the occupant with a hammer and dog repellent spray and reportedly brandished a knife. The suspects stole the victim’s personal belongings before fleeing the residence.

Officers conducted a search of the property and located two suspects hiding inside a unit, while a third suspect was arrested in the building several hours later. A fourth suspect was located and arrested later that day in the 800 block of Ouellette Avenue.

Kenneth Robert Jones, 36, Ashton O’Quinn-Lundy, 20, and Isaiah Martin, 29, have each been charged with the following offences:

  • Assault causing bodily harm
  • Assault with a weapon
  • Robbery with an offensive weapon
  • Administering a noxious substance
  • Wearing a disguise with intent to commit an indictable offence

Martin is also charged with failure to comply with a release order.

Katie Menard, 40, has been charged with the following offences:

  • Assault causing bodily harm
  • Assault with a weapon
  • Robbery with an offensive weapon

Several weapons and items used in the incident have been recovered.
