Suspect sought after assault at bar

The Windsor Police Service is seeking a female suspect following an assault at a bar.  

On January 22, 2026, officers responded to a report of a physical assault at a licensed establishment in the 500 block of Ouellette Avenue. Investigators determined that on January 13, a woman inside the bar confronted a male patron over a shirt he was wearing. After the patron left, the suspect began recording a female employee and accused her of supporting the message on the patron’s clothing. When the suspect was told to leave, she assaulted the employee by striking her multiple times in the face with her knee and then fled on foot. 

The victim sustained non-life-threatening physical injuries.

The suspect is described as a white female, approximately 35 to 45 years of age, with brown hair and brown eyes.
