Police seek suspect following vehicle arson

 

The Windsor Police Service is seeking a suspect following a vehicle arson.

 

Shortly before 2:30 a.m. on November 17, 2025, officers responded to a report of a vehicle fire in the 1000 block of Highland Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found an unoccupied white Ford Explorer on fire. Windsor Fire and Rescue Services worked to extinguish the blaze.

 

No injuries were reported as a result of the incident, but the vehicle sustained significant damage.

 

Investigators are treating the fire as suspicious.

 

The Windsor Police Arson Unit asks residents and business owners in the area to check their surveillance or dashcam footage, specifically between 1:30 and 2:30 a.m., for possible evidence that can assist with the investigation.
