The Windsor Police Information Services Unit provides record checks for non-parents seeking decision-making responsibility under the Children’s Law Reform Act (CLRA).
Requesting a Record Check for CLRA
In-Person
Applicants must complete the consent form and bring it to Windsor Police in-person. (Please refer to the locations and hours of operation on the main Information Services page.)
Applicants must provide two approved forms of ID and pay the application fee by cash, debit, or Visa / Mastercard. (See the official cost recovery fee schedule for applicable fees.)
