The Windsor Police Information Services Unit provides record checks for non-parents seeking decision-making responsibility under the Children’s Law Reform Act (CLRA).
Requesting a Record Check for CLRA
In-Person
Applicants must complete the consent form and bring it to Windsor Police in-person. (Please refer to the locations and hours of operation on the main Information Services page.)
Applicants must provide two approved forms of ID and pay the $55 application fee by cash, debit, or Visa / Mastercard.
*CLRA record checks are not available online.
