Record Checks for Non-Parent Applicants for Decision Making Responsibility (CLRA)

The type of police record check required under the Children’s Law Reform Act (CLRA) for all non-parents seeking a court order for decision-making responsibility (formerly custody) is not available online.

To obtain this type of record check, please complete the standard consent form (as linked below) and bring it to Windsor Police in person alongside two pieces of government-issued I.D. (See our acceptable forms of identification.)

Hours of Operation:
• Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 3:45 pm)
• Closed on holidays
