Community Events

Interested in having the Windsor Police Service (WPS) participate in your community event or deliver a presentation? Click the link below to submit a request. Requests are intended to support positive, community-focused engagement and relationship-building with members of the public.


Please read before submitting: 

  • Requests must be submitted a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the event or requested date. 
  • Events must be held within the City of Windsor or the Town of Amherstburg. 
  • All requests are subject to officer availability and operational requirements. 
  • Submission of this form does not guarantee approval or attendance by the Windsor Police Service.


This form is not intended for requests where the primary purpose is: 

  • Security 
  • Law enforcement or enforcement-focused activities  
  • First aid services  
  • Traffic control or traffic management

Requests for these services must be submitted as an Off-Duty Police Services Request.
